3 Writing Rules You Can Ignore
Keeping with the Joneses has helped many people get deep into debt. We constantly see advertisements of zero down and only $299 a month for a new car. Then the next ad on TV promotes “no payments for three years” on our new sofa and chairs.
If it is a personal essay make a strong statement about your determination to finish college.Include the hardships you have encountered and experiences that have shaped you. Tell them that whatever happens with or without scholarship aid you will do everything to pursue your dream.
You state your main point in the first paragraph then slowly prove your point throughout the next few paragraphs ending with an insightful conclusion.
Your Philosophy is a collection of principles that you will use to run your team. The principles that you have will guide you in creating your team policies and these policies will guide your coaching decisions throughout the year. If parents and baseball players know what your philosophy is, what your policies are and what you expect from them, you will be ahead of about 90% of all youth coaches in heading off potential disasters. However, let me make one thing clear. If your Philosophy and policies should change during the season, you MUST communicate this as early as possible.
If you’ve ever found yourself struggling to get the words out, or unable to get beyond the first couple of sentences, it’s probably because you’re trying to do the wrong step in the wrong order. Once you’re clear on how to apply this universal three-step method, you’re certain to find the process of writing easier, more effortless and hopefully more enjoyable too.
There are also scholarships where all you have to do is enter. You don’t need to fill out 50 pay for essay or write a 1,000 word essay. You simply need to apply and it’s a drawing. There is absolutely no reason not to apply for every one of these that you find. Also, if you qualify for a scholarship with an essay, take the time to write the essay. A lot of people won’t feel like doing it either and that will only increase your chances of winning.

Step 1 — Organize. Think about what is important to you as a baseball coach and write it down. Create a spreadsheet or word document of what you feel is important for you as a coach to do for your players. Make a list.
3 I always begin by knowing exactly what I am going to write. That’s one very important part of my writing system. I know the reader I am help organizing paper clutter my book for. I know what they are worried about. I know how I’m going to solve their problem. I know that there are enough people just like my reader to make the effort worthwhile. I know exactly how long the book will be. I know what style of writing I’m going to use.
Sometimes we come to the table without a plan in mind, but we feel like we need to write. Run with it. Just write down odd ball thoughts that come to mind. One of them is bound to get your juices flowing. Even if they do not, they may come in handy someday. Sometimes my best writing comes from odd ball thoughts and if I ignored them, where would they end up-if you guessed in the trash heap you are right. Now after saying that, you might start writing and say that stinks, by all means feel free to throw it away. Not everything we write is worth saving for a rainy day.
Knowledge. In my opinion, our coaching philosophy is a map that takes us where we’d like to go. I believe that if we use it in recruiting, coaching, and general interactions with folks.those types of people will want to play for us. For example, a coach with a philosophy of “win at all costs” will attract a different type of athlete than a coach who says “victory with honor”. Not a worse athlete, not a less moral athlete.just a different athlete. So as you come up with your coaching philosophy, think of the kind of athlete you’d like to draw into your program.
